Arm yourself with knowledge so you can refute lies and spread real information. Here’s a start:

If leaving a voicemail, remember to leave your address so that your call is counted properly.

Level 1 – Easy

Join a class action law suit against DOGE. Right now, multiple class action lawsuits are in progress. 

Keep an eye on them at classaction.org. Here’s one in early stages.

Level 2 – Medium

Join Jamie Raskin in requesting your data under the Freedom of Information Act.

Read about it at Raskin’s website, and see the form to fill out and send.

Level 3 – Hard

Attend a town hall and ask your rep where they stand on DOGE.

You can ask questions like: “What is your position on DOGE’s secret data deals?”, “Will you commit to supporting oversight and defunding unconstitutional data collection?”

Go to Operation Sunshine for help on how to use a microphone to speak to public officials.

Find events on democrats.org, mobilize, or on your rep’s official site.

Level 3 – Hard

File a lawsuit against musk or DOGE if you have suffered direct harm due to their actions. From MSN:

• Consult a Privacy Rights Lawyer – Many offer free consultations for data privacy cases. Look for attorneys specializing in consumer protection or cybersecurity.
• Gather Evidence – If you’ve been impacted (e.g., identity theft, fraud, or financial harm), keep records of fraudulent transactions, data breaches, or official reports.
•  File in the Right Court –
  • If suing DOGE or X Corp, file in California or Washington, D.C.
  • If suing Musk personally, file in a state or federal court where he does business.
