Elon Musk committed a felony when he gave Ekaterina Deistler $1 million to vote in Wisconsin’s special election.

The Wisconsin State Legislature’s website states, in part: “Any person who does any of the following violates this chapter:
(a) Offers, gives, … for, any elector, or to or for any other person, in order to induce any elector to: “

  • “Go to or refrain from going to the polls.
  • Vote or refrain from voting.”

And here is what Ekaterina Deistler, winner said about having received her prize money on a post from America First, Musk’s super PAC, on X:

“My name’s Ekaterina Deistler. …I did exactly what Elon Musk told everyone to do: sign the petition, refer friends and family, vote, and now I have a million dollars.”

America First have since taken the post down, further proof of the PAC’s and Musk’s guilt.

Write to Josh Kaul, the Wisconsin County District Attorney to ask him to pursue felony charges against Elon Musk for breaking Wisconsin election bribery laws.

Subject: Request for Investigation Into Election Bribery by Elon Musk

Dear Attorney General Kaul,

I’m writing to request that your office investigate and pursue charges against Elon Musk election bribery.

According to Wisconsin Statute 12.11, it is illegal to offer anything of value to induce voting. Elon Musk, through his super PAC America First, awarded $1 million to Ekaterina Deistler, who stated she received the money after signing a petition, referring others, and voting in the special election – “exactly what Elon Musk told everyone to do,” in her own words.

This action appears to meet the definition of unlawful inducement under Wisconsin law. I urge your office to investigate and uphold the rule of law to protect the integrity of our elections.

Sincerely,
