Demand Access To Your Personal Data From Doge

U.S. Representative from Maryland Jamie Raskin is calling on all U.S. citizens to join him in filing formal requests for access to their personal data collected by the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and Elon Musk.

The U.S. District Court for D.C. has ordered DOGE to fulfill citizen requests under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). This includes the Federal Privacy Act of 1974, ensuring access to personal information in U.S. government records.

How to Exercise Your Right to Privacy:

  • Fill out the Privacy Act request form.
  • Mail the completed form to DOGE at the following address:
    • U.S. Department of Government Efficiency
      736 Jackson Place, NW
      Washington, D.C. 20503

DOGE has been accessing government data systems and is now legally required to respond to your information requests. With 340 million Americans eligible, this is a crucial time to protect your privacy and secure your data.

Take action today! The more citizens who exercise this right, the stronger our collective demand for transparency and accountability.
